The Municipal By-Law Compliance Team is responsible for enforcing all municipal by-laws, including the most Frequently Referenced By-laws. Our primary objectives are to promote public safety and uphold community standards that enhance the overall quality of life for residents.
By-law compliance staff serve as an important resource for both residents and the broader community. During regular business hours, you may contact our office to speak with a representative regarding by-law inquiries, concerns, or to Report a Concern.
By-Law Clerks are available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding statutory holidays. Municipal By-law Compliance Officers offer enforcement services with extended coverage, operating seven days a week throughout the year.
